We conduct the Autism Diagnostic Interview – Revised (ADI-R) online with parents, carers, or someone who knows the adult well. This structured interview (approx. 120–180 minutes) explores developmental history, differentiates autism from other conditions, and guides personalised support planning.

Our in-person assessment includes the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule – Second Edition (ADOS-2) or MIGDAS for evaluating social communication, interaction, and imaginative use of materials.

Our clinicians integrate questionnaire responses, interviews, and MIGDAS or ADOS observations with expert clinical judgement to provide a comprehensive understanding of strengths and challenges.

We deliver a detailed, evidence-based report outlining assessment findings, diagnosis (if applicable), and personalised recommendations for autism support.

We schedule a 60-minute feedback session online to discuss results and next steps. Ongoing therapy and support options are available, and we can refer you to trusted clinicians and services if needed.
